Mission
Our mission is to introduce sustainable outdoor recreational activities to families of diverse backgrounds and to foster their connection with nature and each other. We partner with non-profits and NGOs to support the sustainability and cultural respect of the areas we explore. We support local businesses and promote a shop-local practice. We provide inclusive, educational, and adventurous opportunities for everyone to enjoy the benefits of nature and to contribute to its protection.
Family Friendly
Children have a natural curiosity and wonder about the world around them. By involving them in experiential learning, we can help them discover new things through their own senses and actions.
Stewards of the land
By learning from nature and respecting its value and beauty, we can all become more aware and responsible for our actions and their impact on the environment. We can all become stewards of the land, protecting and restoring it for ourselves and future generations.
Reconnecting
Nature therapy is a way of healing and growing through meaningful contact with the natural world. It can help us reconnect with ourselves, others, and the Earth. By engaging our senses and emotions in nature, we can learn to appreciate its beauty and value, and feel a sense of belonging and responsibility.
Sustainability
Zero or minimal impact means we do not damage nature or its life-support systems. It means we use resources smartly, avoid waste and emissions, and respect and protect nature’s diversity and balance.
How do I get involved?
Project Explore Club is a completely voluntary group of people interested in learning, connecting, and sharing in experiences that nature has to offer. There is no monetary commitment nor obligation for minimum involvement. Interact as much or as little as you'd like.
